Asus Global has secured a $2 billion syndicated loan arranged by HSBC (HKG:0005), through its wholly-owned Singapore subsidiary, The Business Times reported Monday, citing a press statement.
The company's first offshore syndicated loan will be used to support its operations and expansion, including its artificial intelligence push, the statement said.
The loan is expected to support Asus' liquidity, financial flexibility, operations, and expansion plans, according to the report.
