Alphabet's (GOOG, GOOGL) Google Public Sector and Accenture subsidiary Accenture Federal Services have introduced Gemini launchpads, a new capability aimed at helping US federal agencies build, deploy and scale enterprise artificial intelligence agents, the companies said Monday.

The initiative provides agencies with a hub of forward deployed engineers that integrate directly into core government systems.

To accelerate agency adoption, Accenture Federal Services and Google Public Sector are developing a core set of pre-built agents across common mission-critical functions, including HR, finance and supply chain, as well as training an initial cohort of Google Cloud-skilled forward deployed engineers.

Financial terms of the collaboration were not disclosed.
