Monday.com Launches Voice AI Agent Platform Harmony for Sales Teams

Monday.com (MNDY) said Monday it has launched its voice AI agent platform Harmony designed for enterprise sales teams.

Each model on the platform was designed for a single function, including qualifying leads, capturing data, and handling objections, the company said.

The models deliver about 200ms audio-in to audio-out latency, resulting in a speech rhythm that is indistinguishable from humans, according to a statement.

The product is now available for mid-market and enterprise customers in the US, UK, Australia, and Singapore, and additional markets and languages will follow, the company said.
