EquipmentShare.com's (EQPT) outlook raise for 2026, including revenue, but reaffirming capital expenditures guidance, shows higher utilization of its existing fleet and improving rental rates into H2, Truist said in a note Monday.

EquipmentShare's updated guidance puts the low end of its revenue, rental revenue and adjusted core EBITDA ranges above the high end of prior ranges, Truist said. The company now expects 2026 total revenue of $5.81 billion to $6.05 billion, above the consensus estimate of $5.58 billion.

EquipmentShare also published a business and governance overview, disclosing that its founders and related parties no longer participate in its OWN Program, the note said.

Truist maintained the stock's buy rating and price target of $31.
