Nokia's AI Orders and Guidance are in Focus

Dow Jones10-19 20:47

1247 GMT - Nokia reports third-quarter earnings this week, and Bank of America Securities believes there is scope for the company to print another quarter of AI orders of at least 2 billion euros. "We believe orders significantly below 2 billion euros may be less well received by the market." The other key question is whether Nokia will raise its 2026 guidance, the bank adds. It says it thinks Nokia may either raise the guidance if the company secures more supply, or leave 2026 guidance unchanged but provide encouraging color on 2027 to address market concerns on capacity. BofA reiterates its buy rating and 16 euro price objective. Shares fall 0.6% to 8.38 euros.
