SpyGlass Pharma (SGP) reported Monday that four-year trial data for its implanted eye drug delivery system showed that average internal eye pressure dropped 37%, and that 86% of participants stopped using daily prescription eye drops.

The biopharmaceutical company said 90% of patients maintained 20/25 or better vision during the four-year period. It also said the trial recorded no drug- or device-related adverse events, and patient vision and eye structures remained stable.
