Revolution Medicines (RVMD) has started treating adult patients in its global phase 3 clinical trial evaluating its investigational drug zoldonrasib on non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer, the company said Tuesday.
Zoldonrasib is being assessed in combination with standard of care pembrolizumab plus chemotherapy as a first-line treatment in adult patients with metastatic RAS G12D non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer.
The trial's primary endpoint is progression-free survival, while key secondary endpoints include overall survival, objective response rate, duration of response, safety and tolerability, and patient-reported outcomes, Revolution said.
