Yelp Introduces 30 Features, Updates in Fall Product Release

Yelp (YELP) introduced 30 features, integrations and updates as part of its fall product release, the company said Tuesday.

The company updated its AI chatbot, Yelp Assistant, and also introduced other AI tools to support direct booking with service professionals.

For service professionals, the company introduced Smart Lead Reply, a tool that automatically responds to and qualifies incoming leads. Service professionals can now offer direct scheduling on Yelp through integrations with ServiceTitan and Housecall Pro, as well as streamline lead management through integrations with Jobber and Workiz.

Yelp also unveiled Check for Me, an AI phone agent that checks restaurant wait times and texts users the results, as well as My Lists, which allows users to curate, organize, rank and share local businesses.
