FreightCar America (RAIL) shares were down 29% in premarket activity Tuesday after the company lowered its Q3 and 2026 revenue guidance in addition to projecting lower railcar deliveries for both periods year over year.

Solowin (AXG) stock was 12% lower after a 29% rise in the prior session.

UTime (FXHO) shares were down 10%, extending the 3.4% loss in Monday's session.

Valor Energy (VAI) stock was 10% lower, a day after the company said it has agreed to buy 100% of the equity interests in a company holding an 18-megawatt operational computing center in Youngstown, Ohio, for $3.6 million.

Exascale Labs (XLAB) shares were down 9%, partially reversing the 30% rise at Monday's close.
