0308 GMT - CapitaLand Integrated Commercial Trust's 3Q revenue and net property income growth likely accelerated, say Jefferies analysts in a note, citing contributions from a newly-acquired asset and new leases in other properties. They expect the sale of an integrated commercial skyscraper in Singapore had limited drag on the real-estate investment trust's income. Average cost of debt also likely edged lower from 2Q's 2.9% due to cheaper Singapore dollar funding. They reckon CapitaLand Integrated's office rent increases could surprise higher, compared with the manager's full-year guidance of a mid-single-digit percentage. Jefferies retains its buy rating and 2.60 Singapore dollar target price. Units rise 0.45% to S$2.24.
