Quantinuum (QNT) said Monday that its Helios computer achieved a 99.9995% logical fidelity rate, which translates to five errors in a million operations, using its error-correction architecture.
The error rate was 10 times lower than what the computer registered during its previous test in September, the company said.
Quantinuum said the error-correction architecture allows the company to test, refine, and combine error-correction codes, and improve accuracy and efficiency.
Shares of the company were up close to 5% pre-bell.
