Redwire and EnduroSat Sign MoU to Support European Space Infrastructure Development

Redwire (RDW) has signed a memorandum of understanding with space company EnduroSat to support the development of European industrial capabilities for space infrastructure, Redwire said.

The agreement envisions combining EnduroSat's spacecraft manufacturing capabilities with Redwire's power systems and prime contractor experience to support European government, defense and commercial missions, Redwire said.

The companies seek to pursue opportunities in very-low-Earth-orbit operations for national defense, EU-based orbital data centers and next-generation positioning, navigation and timing constellations, Redwire said.

Shares of Redwire were up more than 2% in recent Wednesday premarket activity.
