Zoom Communications' (ZM) 6% to 8% revenue growth target in fiscal 2030 is supported by enterprise growth, while AI monetization and infrastructure optimization are expected to help offset AI-related costs, RBC Capital Markets said in a Wednesday research report.
The company is positioning itself as an AI-driven platform around its conversation-native context advantage, RBC said. The unified context layer compiles conversation data with enterprise systems and enables a headless motion via model context protocol servers to monetize data without live meeting context, the analysts wrote.
Channel checks indicated Zoom Rooms is gaining share with pricing and multi-vendor hardware compatibility as competitive advantages, but cloud-based contact center-as-a-service faces competitive headwinds, according to the note.
The brokerage said it reiterated its outperform rating on the stock and price target of $130 per share.
