CITIC Securities (SHA:600030, HKG:6030) subsidiary CSI MTN issued two tranches of bonds totalling $10.7 million, according to a Friday disclosure on the Shanghai bourse.
The issuance is part of an offshore medium-term note program, which was launched on March 29, 2022
CITIC Securities International, CSI MTN's direct parent, guarantees the amount.
