Duos Technologies (DUOT) signed a 10-year colocation deal valued at more than $400 million with an unnamed US cloud services provider, the company said late Tuesday.
Duos will provide 20 megawatts of facility capacity starting in Q2 of 2027 to support its Edge AI campus network, it said.
Duos also has 25 megawatts under contract and 75 megawatts being negotiated of additional powered, data center-zoned land for the campus.
The company expects to finalize the remaining site agreements by year-end.
