Carlsberg India is looking to launch its India IPO, with an aim to raise up to $700 million, as early as December, Bloomberg reported Wednesday citing people with knowledge of the matter.
Investor roadshows for the public offering, which will likely be made up of a secondary share sale by parent Carlsberg, are expected to start next week, the people said.
Details about the share sale are subject to change, Bloomberg said, citing the people.
Carlsberg did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for a comment.
