ValueMax Group (SGX:T6I) launched the sixth series of its six-month commercial paper on the SDAX Exchange on Tuesday, according to a Wednesday filing.
The issuance is priced at 3.5% per annum, and the company expects to raise between SG$5 million and SG$30 million from accredited and institutional investors.
The final amount will be determined by the board based on investor demand, it said.
The commercial paper will mature around six months from issuance.
