CSL (ASX:CSL) has disclosed that a shareholder class action was filed in the Supreme Court of Victoria on Wednesday, alleging breaches of Australian corporate, consumer and securities laws over statements about its medium-term performance and fiscal 2026 revenue and net profit expectations, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.

The proceedings cover investors who acquired interests in certain CSL securities between Feb. 11, 2025, and May 11, and allege failures to meet continuous disclosure obligations and misleading representations, the filing said.

The company denied any liability, asserting that it had consistently fulfilled its disclosure obligations and would vigorously defend the proceedings, the filing added.
