DFI Retail Group (SGX:D01) reported a 4% annual increase in third-quarter underlying sales from continuing businesses, and 17% growth in underlying subsidiary profit, supported by its Health & Beauty and Home Furnishings divisions, as well as lower selling, general and administrative expenses.
The retailer raised its full-year 2026 underlying profit guidance to between $295 million and $305 million from $285 million to $305 million, according to a Friday filing.
It, however, maintained its organic revenue growth outlook of about 2% to 3%.
DFI said it remained on track to complete its reorganization of interests in Maxim's by the end of March 2027, assuming Starbucks licensed operations across seven Asian markets and receiving about $340 million in cash consideration, subject to adjustments.
