Atlassian's (TEAM) Cloud growth, Teamwork Graph, Teamwork Collection, Model Context Protocol Server, and Jira Service Management are key drivers of cross-selling and upselling, Oppenheimer said in a note Thursday.
Higher Cloud pricing and Rovo metering could encourage migrations and Teamwork Collection upsell, and create sales engagement opportunities, according to the note.
The brokerage expects fiscal Q1 revenue of nearly $1.78 billion, 3% to 5% above consensus of $1.71 billion and exceeding the high-end of the $1.71 billion to $1.72 billion guidance range, the note added.
Oppenheimer expects management to emphasize on the adoption of Teamwork Collection as the key metric for evaluating AI monetization. TWC ramp and the sales activity driving adoption are still in the early stages, with Teamwork Graph and MCP Server serving as relatively recent catalysts, the brokerage said.
The brokerage views the shares as undervalued and believes further evidence of enterprise and large customer expansion, broader platform use, and increased AI usage could support upside.
The company is scheduled to report fiscal Q1 results on Nov. 5.
Oppenheimer kept an outperform rating on Atlassian with a price target of $275.
