Guidewire Software (GWRE) is expected to update investors on ARR growth, its AI roadmap and momentum across newer products at its Oct. 27 user conference and Analyst Day, with investors seeking clarity on long-term growth targets and cloud expansion, RBC Capital Markets said.
The brokerage said in a Wednesday note that it expects Guidewire to clarify its long-term financial targets, including whether its fiscal 2028 ARR goal of about $1.7 billion remains a floor, following fiscal 2027 growth guidance of roughly 18%. RBC also expects details on how cloud customer cohorts have expanded over time.
RBC will monitor adoption of newer products, with PricingCenter recording 12 deals and ProNavigator 28 in fiscal 2026, as well as updates on Underwriting Center. The brokerage views these products as potential drivers of sustained high-teens growth beyond the cloud migration cycle.
The analyst also expects updates on Guidewire's AI roadmap, including its agentic platform and the potential to shorten cloud migration timelines.
The firm sees AI as a growth opportunity and views the Analyst Day as a chance for management to reinforce the durability of the cloud transition, highlight product momentum and refocus investors on its long-term financial targets following the stock's post-fiscal Q4 decline.
RBC has an outperform rating on the stock with a $215 price target.
Guidewire Software shares were up 3.1% in Thursday trading.
