0039 GMT - NextDC's bull at RBC wonders whether the delay to its M3 development will herald any changes to the Australian data-center provider's longer-term ambitions. Analyst Tom Beadle writes in a note that the ASX-listed company's reallocation of development priorities could be a catalyst for capital-recycling opportunities. He sees potential for the sale of sites not needed in the near term to alter its longer-term ambitions. NextDC is currently targeting expansion in Japan, Malaysia and New Zealand, as well as Australia. RBC has an outperform rating and a target price of 22.00 Australian dollars on the stock which is down 40% at A$5.50.
