Navitas Semiconductor (NVTS) on Wednesday introduced a new ultra-high-voltage silicon carbide full-bridge module family for efficient energy and grid infrastructure.
The new offering will improve efficiency and power density in solid-state transformers, grid-scale battery energy storage systems and solar inverters, among others, the company said.
