Albertsons (ACI), American Express (AXP) and Imprint introduced the Albertsons forU American Express Card, which offers rewards on groceries, gasoline, dining, utilities and other everyday purchases.

The card offers 5% back on online and app purchases at Albertsons stores, 3% back on in-store and pharmacy purchases, and 3% back on gas, dining, streaming services and utilities, plus 1% back on other eligible purchases, the food and drug retailer said Wednesday in a statement.

The card has no annual fee and offers a $50 statement credit after $1,000 in net purchases outside Albertsons stores within the first 90 days.

Albertsons shares were little changed, and American Express rose 1.4%.
