Western Union (WU) has selected stablecoin infrastructure provider Noah to power its new global stablecoin payments platform, Noah said Wednesday.
The service will underpin Western Union's Receiver Redirect offering, allowing customers to send funds between flat currencies via USDPT, a US dollar stablecoin, according to Noah.
Noah said users will also be able to hold USDPT using Western Union's Stablecard.
