Banco Bradesco (BBD) said Friday that its board approved renewing its share buyback program, authorizing purchases of up to 106.6 million shares from Nov. 8 through May 8, 2028.
The program covers up to 53.4 million common shares and 53.2 million preferred shares, it said.
The company said repurchased shares will be held in treasury for subsequent cancellation or disposal, without reducing the bank's share capital.
