SentinelOne (S) still has opportunities to expand its existing customer base while its new product cohort drives incrementally larger deals in the pipeline, Wedbush analysts said in a Thursday note.
The analysts said that the company is making the "right" moves through aggressive investments into a next-generation artificial intelligence security stack.
SentinelOne focuses on downstream markets while CrowdStrike (CRWD) operates more in enterprise environments due to its premium products and pricing, Wedbush said.
"With every attack now augmented with AI, SentinelOne is looking to accelerate the push towards an integrated platform to govern and provide safety guardrails around agents while reducing the technical complexity," analysts said.
Wedbush retained an outperform rating but increased the stock's price target to $27 from $25.
