Nvidia (NVDA) Chief Executive Jensen Huang said demand for neocloud companies is "off the charts," but a shortage of working capital is limiting growth, CNBC reported Thursday.

Huang told CNBC at the company's GTC conference in Berlin that demand for AI infrastructure exceeds available funding.

He also stressed the need for more energy and infrastructure investment in Europe to support companies such as Nebius (NBIS) and Mistral, according to the report.

Nvidia did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for comment.
