Atlas Energy Solutions (AESI) has closed a $424 million committed senior secured bridge facility provided by Goldman Sachs (GS) and Barclays (BCS), the company said Thursday.
The delayed draw term loan will fund the purchase of power generation and equipment for two significant data center projects, with power for both expected to begin in late 2027, the company said.
The loan, with an initial maturity of 180 days, includes an option to extend for an additional 184 days, and bears interest at a rate equal to the adjusted term SOFR rate plus 2.50%, increasing by 0.50% six months after the date of the signing, it said.
