Twilio (TWLO) is likely to post solid Q3 results as channel checks indicate broad-based demand across regions and verticals, Oppenheimer said in a Wednesday research report.
The company's new Console is likely to accelerate trial activity, pipeline build, and conversion time, according to the note. Twilio will release its Q3 results on Oct. 29.
Twilio's VoiceAI, Conversations, and software add-ons are seeing robust adoption and are supporting gross profit performance, analysts wrote.
Messaging remains the company's primary growth driver, while personal AI agents could expand demand and messaging volumes, driving higher software engagement over time, according to Oppenheimer.
The brokerage said it reiterated its outperform rating on the stock and raised its price target to $325 per share from $275.
