Frasers Centrepoint Trust (SGX:J69U) posted SG$194.4 million in net income for the 2026 fiscal year, compared with SG$147.8 million a year ago.
EPS rose to SG$0.176 from SG$0.104 year over year, a Wednesday filing with the Singapore Stock Exchange showed.
For the 12 months ended Sept. 30, net property income was SG$321.7 million versus SG$278.0 million previously, the mall operator said.
The company declared a distribution of SG$0.06214 per unit for the April 1 to Sept. 30 period, to be paid on Nov. 27.
