Domino's Pizza Enterprises (ASX:DMP) lodged a notice of appeal to the Full Court of the Federal Court of Australia against a judgment delivered on July 22, and against the declarations and orders made in the Gall class action proceeding, according to a Thursday ASX filing.
The cost orders made on Aug. 3 in the class action have been stayed until the determination of the appeal.
The firm is set to file a leave to appeal and will request the court to hear the leave application at the same time as the appeal.
