Westpac Banking (ASX:WBC, NZE:WBC) said that two shareholder-requisitioned resolutions submitted for consideration at its 2026 annual general meeting (AGM) have been withdrawn by the requisitioning shareholders, according to an Australian bourse filing on Monday after market hours.
The resolutions will be excluded from the company's AGM notice, which is scheduled to be published in November, per the filing.
The bank said it will provide further details on its responsible sourcing and human rights frameworks, including a review of these areas and technology suppliers by fiscal 2027, in its Nov. 2 sustainability report.
