NVent Electric (NVT) has leased a 400,000 square-foot site in Goodyear, Arizona, to expand its capacity to manufacture engineered buildings, the company said Tuesday.
The site is aimed at supporting customer demand in the infrastructure vertical, including data centers and power utilities, according to a statement.
The site is expected to begin production in mid-2027, the company said.
Financial terms of the lease were not provided.
