ServiceNow, Google Cloud Expand Partnership to Cover Agentic AI

ServiceNow (NOW) and Alphabet's (GOOG, GOOGL) Google Cloud have expanded their partnership to cover new agentic AI integrations between ServiceNow's Action Fabric and Gemini Enterprise, the companies said Tuesday.

Under the expanded partnership, Gemini Enterprise will use ServiceNow's industry workflows to enable AI agents to reason and take complex actions in industry-specific operational context, starting with IT, retail, sales and telecommunications, the companies said.

ServiceNow plans to make the integrations available on Google Cloud Marketplace, according to the statement.
