Pexa Group (ASX:PXA) has withdrawn resolution 8(b) from its 2026 annual general meeting (AGM), which proposed a one-off share price recovery incentive for its chief executive and managing director, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.
The board decided not to proceed following feedback from shareholders and proxy advisers, citing uncertainty surrounding the pending Independent Pricing and Regulatory Tribunal pricing review, per the filing.
Votes on the withdrawn resolution will be disregarded, but previously submitted proxy forms will remain valid for all other resolutions, with the AGM proceeding as scheduled on Nov. 11, the filing added.
The company's shares fell 1% in recent Monday trade.
