0857 ET - Corning has inked a series of big deals in recent months. In addition to agreements it disclosed with Verizon and AT&T to supply fiber, Corning had two other multibillion-dollar deals in the latest quarter that it did not go public on, Chief Executive Wendell Weeks says during an appearance on CNBC. While each customer is unique, the agreements tend to have some things in common, he says. "We share our technology development and road map, so we can help our customers realize their vision," Weeks says. Secondly, the company works out how to share the risks and rewards appropriately with its customers to help them deliver on that vision, he says.
