Dynatrace (DT) will likely report another strong quarter of results on Nov. 3 backed by "steady market dynamics" as well strong momentum for the company's logs business, and growing adoption of AI by companies, Oppenheimer said in a note Monday.
Oppenheimer said it expects fiscal Q2 revenue to see a 1% to 2% upside compared with consensus estimates of $568 million.
The investment firm added near-term catalysts for the company comprise "broadening platform capabilities" as well as a H2-weighted renewal base, as well as opportunities to tighten its operations to back free cash flow margin expansion.
Oppenheimer also said the company's fiscal 2027 outlook is "conservative and assumes minimal AI contribution, setting up a potential raise" versus the 14% growth expected by consensus estimates, amid Dynatrace's "steady sales execution/robust pipeline."
The investment firm added that there is a "potential for a narrative shift as investors see clearer signs of AI/agentic traction."
Oppenheimer kept its outperform rating on Dynatrace with a price target of $71 per share.
