0739 GMT - Eurozone government bond yields edge higher, with attention shifting to events outside the eurozone--the U.K. budget and the Federal Reserve's interest-rate decision. The Fed is expected to leave rates unchanged and to give few signals on possible future moves, Citi strategists Andrea Appeddu and Jamie Searle say in a note. The U.K. budget is expected to reveal fiscal headroom--the amount the government can increase spending without breaking its fiscal rules--of 15 billion pounds, they say. Germany will auction 5.5 billion euros in August 2036 Bunds. The 10-year Bund yield rises 0.2 basis points to 3.360%, while the 10-year French OAT yield is up 0.8 basis points at 4.924%, according to Tradeweb.
