Palo Alto Networks (PANW) Chief Executive Nikesh Arora, along with other company executives, saw a decline in compensation package for the fiscal 2026 period that closed in July, according to a Tuesday filing.

Arora's pay package fell to about $80.3 million in fiscal 2026 from around $99.7 million a year earlier, with the decline mostly from lower stock awards, the filing showed.

In the same document, Palo Alto Networks said shareholders rejected the fiscal 2025 executive

compensation plan and the company has proposed changes to the program for fiscal 2026 and 2027.

Shareholders are set to vote on the pay package during the Dec. 8 annual meeting, the company said.
