金吾财讯 | 瑞银集团（UBS）公布2026年第三季度财报。数据显示，瑞银第三季度实现列报净利润26.90亿美元（折合每股稀释收益0.85美元），同比增长8.4%；列报税前利润（PBT）为35.87亿美元；在排除整合相关费用及一次性调整后，按非公认会计准则（Non-GAAP）计算的基础税前利润达40.77亿美元，同比增长14%。当季列报营收为133.50亿美元，基础营收同比增长10%至133.87亿美元。在盈利能力与资本状况方面，瑞银三季度标的核心一级资本回报率升至16.7%，标的成本收入比改善至68.7%。截至三季度末，核心一级资本（CET1）充足率为14.7%，杠杆率为4.6%，均高于管理层指导目标。期内，全球财富管理（GWM）业务实现净新增资产551亿美元；全集团管理的总投资资产规模达到7.3万亿美元。
股东回报与业绩指引方面，瑞银正按计划推进30亿美元的股票回购计划，并预计在公布第四季度财报时完成。考虑到第四季度市场活动可能出现季节性放缓，管理层预计整体交易量将环比趋缓，但仍有信心超额完成2026全年的财务目标。
