Check Point Software Technologies (CHKP) launched Firewall-as-a-Subscription, letting organizations pay monthly or yearly for its firewall hardware and AI security tools instead of buying equipment upfront, the company said Monday.
The bundle includes Force Firewalls sized to customer needs, AI traffic inspection, threat prevention with a 99.9% block rate against zero-day attacks, and cloud-based management, the company said.
Subscriptions run for three years, with throughput upgrades available and new hardware after 36 months, Check Point said.
