Braiin stock gained after the company said it was expanding its artificial intelligence-powered contact-center-as-a-service business.
Shares in the AI platform company rose 23% to $4.36 on Monday morning trading, though the stock is down 20% in the quarter to date.
Braiin said it was adding a new layer to its contact-center-as-a-service business aimed at letting customers build secure, scalable and cost-effective AI-powered customer experiences. The company's new Force AI allows customer operations to run on any leading large language model without requiring clients to lock into a single AI provider, it said.
As a result, clients will be able to switch models as cost, performance or regulatory needs change, Braiin said.
"Enterprises need AI that works across every channel, every agent, and every conversation, on the model they trust and in an environment they control," Chief Executive Officer Natraj Balasubramanian said.
Braiin said the expansion aims to make its Radius platform into a single AI command center for the full customer interaction lifecycle, with Force AI powering three product lines: an agentic AI layer, a co-pilot for human agents, and an insight layer that analyzes every interaction for intelligence.
