BorgWarner has secured a new award to supply its next-generation
high-voltage traction inverter technology for future battery-electric
vehicle programs from a major global automotive manufacturer.
BorgWarner already supplies inverter technology to the customer. The
latest award extends that existing business to the manufacturer’s next
generation of electric vehicles.
The new inverter platform incorporates BorgWarner’s latest power
module technology and features a simplified design architecture.
