ACM Research (Shanghai) (SHA:688082) posted 81.5 million yuan in net profit attributable to shareholders for the third quarter, down 86% from a year ago.
EPS was 0.16 yuan, down 87%, a Thursday filing with the Shanghai Stock Exchange showed.
For the three months ended Sept. 30, operating revenue was 2.02 billion yuan, up 7.6% from a year ago, the semiconductor wafer manufacturer said.
ACM Research's shares plunged 14% during late morning trading on Thursday.
