1327 GMT - The Bank of England is expected to increase interest rates in a decision on Nov. 5, and could decide this in a 7-to-2 vote split, Rabobank's Stefan Koopman says in a note. Markets price a 98.6% chance of a quarter-point rate rise next week, LSEG data show. "Persistent energy inflation is increasingly forcing the monetary policy committee's hand, even as there is limited evidence of broader second-round effects," Koopman says.
