UroGen's Zusduri Offers Early Innings Opportunity, Oppenheimer Says

UroGen Pharma (URGN) is expected to benefit from the commercial opportunity of its Zusduri bladder cancer treatment, Oppenheimer said in a note Wednesday after hosting roadshow meetings in Denver and Los Angeles last week.

"We believe the patient and provider incentives favoring Zusduri over surgery remain underappreciated," the report said.

The note pointed to potential for inflection next year off planned direct-to-consumer marketing while the company expects linear quarterly growth through 2026.

The report said launch momentum should more than offset any seasonal headwind from lighter Q3 procedure volumes.

With fewer than 10% of some 6,500 targeted physicians having tried the product, early adopters poised to broaden use, raising confidence in 2030 peak sales forecast of $1.2 billion, it said.

Oppenheimer kept its outperform rating and a $60 price target.
