Tenable Holdings (TENB) faces risk of consolidation as larger cybersecurity vendors adopt aggressive bundling strategies for customers seeking all-in-one platforms, Wedbush said Thursday in a report.

On Wednesday, Tenable posted Q3 results that topped estimates by analysts and raised full-year guidance. The company scored wins against rival vendors with robust bundling strategies, though larger cybersecurity platforms are expected to increase pricing pressure across the vulnerability-management market over time, the report said.

Tenable plans to continue innovating through its Anthropic partnership, including the launch of Adversary View, which combines Mythos with Tenable One to identify new attack patterns and help develop stronger remediation strategies, the report said.

Wedbush raised its price target on Tenable stock to $35 from $29 and reiterated its underperform rating.
