FIGS (FIGS), a maker of medical apparel and scrubs, is positioned for sustained, broad-based sales growth as momentum extends across product categories and geographic markets, Oppenheimer said Thursday in a report.
Oppenheimer said sustained sales expansion could increasingly leverage FIGS' streamlined cost structure. The shares remain "undervalued and under-owned" by consumer growth-focused investors, the report said.
More challenging comparisons may pose a near-term headwind as investors weigh the company's pace of growth, the report said.
Q3 results are due Nov. 5.
Oppenheimer raised its price target on FIGS stock to $25 from $22 and reiterated its outperform rating.
