Mapletree Logistics Trust (SGX:M44U) plans to redevelop its warehouses in Changi South into a five-story Grade A ramp-up warehouse, according to a Wednesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The facility will provide around 500,000 square feet of gross floor area and will feature driveways for 45-foot container trucks. The total development cost is around SG$141 million.
The redevelopment is expected to begin in the first quarter of 2027 and is slated for completion in the second quarter of 2029, with the facility targeting Green Mark Super Low Energy certification.
